The doors will open at 6pm. The program will be about the Status of International Adoption under The Hague Treaty. Our speakers will be three members from USCIS. The District Leader of New York, The Adjudication officer of New York, and and the community outreach coordinator. Also the CEO President Of JCICS Tom Deflippo will speak and update the attendees on the status of International Adoption in Russia, Vietnam, Guatemala, and China. Attendance is limited. APC, the oldest adoptive parent group in North America, was formed in 1955 by a small group of people who shared their adoptive experiences.
