Download an application > > QKids: Meet Matthew 4.18.2008 A Family for Me is WACAP s project to help find families for local kids in foster care. These kids are featured on "QKids" every Monday at 8:45 a.m. on Q13-FOX. Matthew will appear on QKids on Monday, Apr. 21. He has a great smile and can be friendly, playful and affectionate. He enjoys camping, playing with trucks, coloring, drawing and singing. He especially loves spending time with his teenage foster brother, who has become his idol. Matthew has global developmental delays and needs high structure and supervision. Despite his challenges, when Matthew is happy, he lights up the world for those around him.
