April 7, 2008 – Volunteerism is alive. A unique housing project that hinges on the volunteer spirit is closer to commencement in the Makana II village south of Brazzaville, after a team of architects, engineers and surveyors spent 10 days assessing the needs of the village.
International Women’s Day Comes to the Congo
March 07, 2008 - International Women’s Day in Brazzaville was celebrated with a two-day seminar presented at Villa Washington. The vast majority of the 63 participants were between the ages of 16 and 19 years old and were in the final years of high school or just on the brink of college.
