Fraker announced the commencement of visa services in Dhahran during the American National Day Celebration on February 18. “I am extremely pleased we are opening visa services in Dhahran. This action demonstrates the high value the United States places on our relationship with Saudi Arabia and the historical importance of the Eastern Province to American and Saudi friendship.
