My husband is so drawn to the Philippines and I am a little more comfortable with the China program. I think I am just because although slow, they always seem to work pretty much the same way. In reading the posts-there is a lot of info from 05 and 06-anyone complete their adoption in the last year I too am curious on the wait time etc. We feel like God is pulling us this way, but I want to get as much advice and info on this country as I can.
